1. Purpose

This Policy defines expected behavior and ethical standards for all Palace officials, staff, and representatives.

3. Professional Conduct

All officials shall:

1. Act with honesty and transparency

2. Respect hierarchy and authority

3. Avoid conflicts of interest

4. Maintain confidentiality where required

4. Use of Authority

1. Authority shall not be abused for personal gain.

2. Decisions must reflect:

   • Fairness

   • Cultural respect

   • Community benefit

5. Communication

1. Official communication must:

   • Be respectful

   • Be accurate

   • Represent the Palace appropriately

2. Public statements must be authorized.

6. Digital & Media Use

1. Palace platforms must be used responsibly.

2. Unauthorized publication of sensitive information is prohibited.

3. The Secretary or designated officer manages official content.

7. Disciplinary Measures

Violations may result in:

• Warning

• Suspension

• Removal from position

Final decisions rest with the Fon.
